Thank you for shopping with Unchained Coffee. Below you’ll find important information about how we process and deliver your orders.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified if there is a significant delay with your order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Local Porch Delivery (Select Areas Only)

For customers within eligible local delivery zones, we offer local porch delivery.

By selecting local delivery at checkout, you authorize Unchained Coffee to leave your order at your porch, doorstep, or designated delivery location. Once delivery is completed, responsibility transfers to the customer, and Unchained Coffee is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local delivery availability will be shown at checkout based on your address.


Food & Coffee Products

Due to the nature of coffee products, all sales are final once shipped. We are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Unchained Coffee is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Theft after delivery

  • Weather-related damage after delivery

If your tracking shows an issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are happy to help guide you through the process if needed.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Unchained Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
